box without having to open it first. The box is such a generous size that I can put more than one hat in each box depending on the size of the hat. It is also a very sturdy box. Therefore

I was beyond excited for my first trip to the Kentucky Derby so I started my hat shopping months in advance. I happened across your website and while I loved all of your hats,
one jumped right out at me. Because it was so early I continued shopping but found myself coming back again and again to that same hat. I finally decided my search ended
there and ordered it. I have never ordered or worn a hat like that before so I wasn't sure if I was measuring correctly. Within 15 minutes of placing the order you called me and
guided me through the process. To say that I was impressed with the customer service would be an understatement. This day and age good service is all but impossible to find it
seems. Your customer service was exceptional! On that alone I would recommend you to anybody that asked. However, when I received my hat about a week later I decided

postponed but we finally pulled it off on September 8, 2007. I just wanted to provide you with some photos, that I hope you will enjoy. We had quite the "eclectic" celebration as

Thought you would like to see that even the butterflies think your hats are beautiful. This was taken at the Callaway Gardens Butterfly Conservatory near Pine Mountain, GA.
Two real butterflies landed on me while I was there with the Red Hat Georgia Jubilee Convention. One landed on top of the hat and one landed on my shoulder.
Also, I was recently crowned Ms. Pink Hat Queen 2006 of the Cherokee County Fair and also received the prize for the Best Pink Hat. Of course I was wearing one of your

I am the lady that went to tea at the Willard at holiday time. You whipped up the most gorgeous pink hat for me (the passion model with extra large curled feathers on top) and I
was able to wear it to the Red Hat Birthday celebration at the Boyd's Bear Factory in Gettysburg, PA yesterday. Okay, so if you can imagine a place swamped with over 1500 red
hat ladies and receiving compliments personally from more than half of them...that's exactly what it was like. Women came from as far north as NY and as far south as Tampa,
FLA. There was a fashion show taking place on the back grounds and as I made my way out to find a seat (after the show already started) the MC announced over the
microphone in front of everyone that I by far had the most "FANTASTIC HAT". I must have given your name out hundreds and hundreds of times...let's just say that you made

I am the lady that went to tea at the Willard at holiday time. You whipped up the most gorgeous pink hat for me (the passion model with extra large curled feathers on top) and I
was able to wear it to the Red Hat Birthday celebration at the Boyd's Bear Factory in Gettysburg, PA yesterday. Okay, so if you can imagine a place swamped with over 1500 red
hat ladies and receiving compliments personally from more than half of them...that's exactly what it was like. Women came from as far north as NY and as far south as Tampa,
FLA. There was a fashion show taking place on the back grounds and as I made my way out to find a seat (after the show already started) the MC announced over the
microphone in front of everyone that I by far had the most "FANTASTIC HAT". I must have given your name out hundreds and hundreds of times...let's just say that you made
a lot of women smile.
